SICO EUROPE® provides a team of qualified service engineers covering all parts of the country, who can help ensure you comply with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER). Our Service Engineers are trained to BS4872 and furthermore, have completed a 'Managing Safely' course approved and validated by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
Offered to ensure your SICO EUROPE® equipment is professionally and economically maintained and continues to comply with current health and safety legislation. For an annual fixed fee, regular peace-of-mind maintenance will be carried out by our own specialist team of trained Customer Service Engineers. What is more, all our maintenance agreements offer refresher training for on-site operators.

One-off Maintenance InspectionsInspections can be arranged when a SICO EUROPE® engineer will adjust, lubricate, complete minor repairs and report on the condition of your equipment. A quotation for any necessary major repairs will be issued within 10 working days.

Spares for SICO EUROPE® products are available, although we recommend any structural repairs are carried out by our experienced and specially trained engineers. Repairs to SICO EUROPE® equipment by unauthorised personnel may jeopardise safe operation and invalidate the warranty.
