The SICO Induction Warming & Hot Plate Station gives you flexibility to decide how you want to present your buffet line. Designed by and for executive chefs. Flexibility of design allows units to be used in multiple configurations or individually.

• Two 250 Watt heat lamps over the hot plate.
• One heated plate (420 watt - 3.5 amp): 185°F - 190°F (77°C - 79°C) surface temp.
• Two induction warm holding units with advanced electronic temperature controls: (400 watts) 3.3 amps max on each unit. 7 temperature settings:
